Job description

This position will be responsible for generating our organizational communications products in conjunction with our existing team and according to brand standards. You will be responsible for web updates, social media, and reports. You must have a love of writing/communicating.

You will also assist with organizational events such as our annual conference and our annual Culinary Festival.

You will be part of the team running and promoting our social enterprise store Tastes of the North.

This is NOT a remote work position - we want you working with our wonderful team. We can be flexible in hours to accommodate daycare and school events or other brief outside commitments if needed.

Qualifications

Ideally, we would like someone with experience and/or education in Communications or Marketing. Ultimately, the most important thing is fit with our team - meaning you must be pleasant, self-motivated, and able to collaborate. We are open to all ways of thinking and value creativity - as long as you are anchored in getting the job done.
