About the Communications & Community Coordinator Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Communications & Community Coordinator for Fraîche Table. In this role, you’ll function as an assistant to the Fraîche Table Manager to help bring our content and community experience to life — supporting everything from customer experience to content marketing and community engagement. You’ll write and edit marketing content; help shape how we engage with members and ensure that every touchpoint — from Pinterest Pins to resource blogs to weekly member emails — reflects the Fraîche brand voice and incredible trusted experience our customers deserve.

About Fraîche
Fraîche is a small but mighty team based out of Kelowna, BC. We are a fun and dynamic group of hard-working people on a mission to make beautiful living simpler and healthier through our blog, cookbooks, collaborations, social media channels, and meal plan. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a shared passion for wellness! The brands that fall under the Fraîche umbrella include Fraîche Living and Fraîche Table. Fraîche Table is a fast-growing subscription meal plan designed by a Registered Dietitian to help busy families make mealtimes easier and more joyful. We believe in bringing people together over simple home-cooked food.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Create drafts of marketing and member emails and schedule once approved.
- Support social media engagement across platforms by responding to comments and messages and supporting community interactions.
- Draft and update ManyChat automations using templates provided.
- Draft video storyboards and voiceover scripts with direction.
- Create drafts of resource blog posts for Fraîche Table, and input and schedule them on the website once approved.
- Upload and schedule Pinterest Pins, crafting engaging titles and descriptions with the right keywords to drive traffic.
- Support community engagement and help create a great member experience by managing the Fraîche Table customer service inbox, assisting with outreach initiatives (including focus groups), and organizing and compiling valuable member feedback.
- Review and edit recipes and weekly meal plans according to brand guidelines and input them into the Fraîche Table platform.
- Assist with community outreach initiatives, including engaging Fraîche Table members and supporting focus groups. Organize and compile member feedback.

You will need:
- Experience in administrative, marketing support, customer service, or communications roles (this can include internships or part-time experience — we care more about attitude and ability to learn than years of experience).
- Ability to learn quickly — we use Monday.com, Slack, Dropbox, Canva, ManyChat, and a few other tools (you don’t need to know them all yet but must be comfortable learning!).
- Strong organizational and time management skills — you’ll be managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively — you’ll be executing many tasks solo but always as part of a bigger team.
- Located in Kelowna, and able to work in-person in our West Kelowna office regularly.
Special consideration will be given if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or similar.
- Experience working in a startup or small, fast-paced team where you wore multiple hats and contributed across functions.
- Experience with the following: Canva, Planoly, Hubspot, Monday.com, Manychat, and/or Dropbox.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 + Annual performance-based bonus.
