Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Communications, Client Care & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness, digital communication, and creating outstanding client experiences. You’ll manage client communications, multiple social media accounts, and help maintain our strong brand presence. You are representing the CEO & Founder, Catherine Kontos.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Care & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Maintain organized communication across multiple client accounts with different needs
- Support client onboarding and manage follow-ups
- Collect client feedback and provide suggestions to enhance service quality
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms (Canva, Meta Ads)
- Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice (Media Buisness Manager)
- Interact with followers, reply to messages/comments, and grow community engagement
- Track performance analytics and adapt strategies accordingly
Brand & Organizational Support
- Assist in writing newsletters and email campaigns
- Help coordinate virtual events, product launches, or webinars
- Collaborate on creative content and maintain brand consistency
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service, community management, or client relations
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay extremely organized
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts with different needs
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Bonus Skills
- Interest or background in retreats, wellness, or personal development
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, ConvertKit, and CRMs
Benefits:
