Atura Power is seeking a Communications and Stakeholder Relations Advisor for a dynamic role supporting the company’s Corporate Affairs team. This position focuses on developing and executing communication strategies, building relationships, and managing stakeholder engagement to align with business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in communications, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Atura Power plays a vital role in Ontario’s electricity system and generation supply. As owners and operators of the province's largest fleet of combined-cycle gas turbine electricity generating stations, our flexible energy meets peak demand and ensures a reliable supply of power when Ontarians need it most. The Role
The Communications and Stakeholder Relations Advisor is a dynamic role within the Atura Power Corporate Affairs team, with mandates to design, implement and oversee the delivery of internal and external communications, and establish and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s business objectives.This role is an individual contributor who work closely with the Senior Communications and Stakeholder Relations Advisor and other stakeholders to develop and execute communication and stakeholder relations strategies and plans.Your strong organizational, communication and relationship skills, coupled with your pragmatic and creative approach, will be keys to your success.
This role is a 12-month contract position reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs and General Counsel, and is located in Oakville, On.
