Primary Purpose The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Managing Director and provides communications and administrative support for the Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation. The Coordinator is responsible for implementing the Centre’s digital communication strategies, promoting research outputs and events, and coordinating administrative tasks that support team operations. The Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing the visibility of the Intact Centre by producing compelling content across digital, print, and in-person formats, supporting media outreach, and strengthening the Centre’s public profile and brand. This includes developing strategic communications that translate technical findings into accessible messages for government, media, and the public. This role is critical to maintaining the Centre’s national presence, professional image, and operational efficiency. The Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for the Intact Centre and will serve as liaison between the centre, the Faculty of Environment, and Media Relations.
