The incumbent will sell tickets and various products, inform customers, and perform various tasks related to different service counters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide general information to customers about the station's services and special promotions;
  • Answer and coordinate calls during emergency situations (e.g., lost person);
  • Perform general administrative work;
  • Inform customers about snow school services and sell ski lessons;
  • Plan instructor schedules based on customer demand;
  • Maintain daily records of various statistics;
  • Count cash and make daily deposits;
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Required Skills, Abilities, and Qualities
  • Secondary V or equivalent;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • A valid driver’s license - an asset;
  • Knowledge of Tremblant products - an asset;
  • Relevant sales experience;
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel software;
  • Physical ability to perform the job requirements;
  • Dynamic, personable, and well-groomed appearance;
  • Ability to operate under pressure with composure and courtesy;
  • Strong customer service skills.
Conditions

Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
