Responsibilities of the e-commerce clerk:

• Prepare assigned orders
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Provide auto service for in-store order pickups and verify order accuracy with customers
• Maintain standards for item placement in the order preparation software
• Participate in general store cleaning to keep the premises tidy
• Facilitate product facing on store shelves for better accessibility
• Promote sales of various products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding product quality and quantity, restocking as needed
• Perform other related tasks as requested by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to start work as early as 5:00 AM
• Relevant customer service experience
• Order preparation experience is an asset
