What You Will Do

The Account Executive sells Johnson Controls' Commercial Security services and technology, including access control, CCTV, digital video recording, and intrusion systems. Your responsibilities include securing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention. This field sales role requires frequent travel to customer sites, with remote work from a home office available.

How You Will Do It

  • Develop new market share by selling to local commercial customers.
  • Expand sales within existing accounts by offering additional products and services, renewing agreements, and upgrading systems.
  • Identify resale opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
  • Plan calls and follow-up strategies independently, manage your territory effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in outside sales, preferably in commercial security systems or related technology.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the local area.
