Job summary

Bluewater Industrial Cleaners in Ontario is hiring reliable cleaners to join our team for part-time shifts in Exeter and Seaforth. You will clean offices, washrooms and common areas, performing tasks solo or with others, and you must arrive on time for each shift.

Training is provided; previous custodial experience helps but is not required. A valid background check is requested, and a personal vehicle is a plus for site travel. We follow health and safety guidelines and provide PPE.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or custodial experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Familiarity with WHMIS, SDS sheets, and PPE use is preferred (training available).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must provide a recent clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and emptying garbage.
• Sanitize work areas according to established health and safety practices.
• Monitor cleaning products and equipment; report when supplies are low or repairs are needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE appropriately.
• Complete assigned tasks within a consistent timeframe each week.
• Work with fellow team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all sites.
• A personal vehicle is an asset for picking up or returning supplies to our Hensall office, though it is not required.

Bluewater Industrial Cleaners is looking for reliable, detail‑focused individuals to join our cleaning team. We offer part‑time shifts in Exeter and Seaforth, with the option to work in one or both areas depending on your availability. Candidates should be able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule and arrive at each shift independently.

In this role, you’ll help keep offices, washrooms, kitchens/break areas, and entry/hall spaces clean and sanitized. Ability to work alone or with a team to complete tasks efficiently is important in this role. Previous commercial or custodial experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person.
