Paramount Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Commercial Appliance Technician to join our Winnipeg field service team.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial appliances and foodservice equipment, including cooking and beverage systems. The role involves traveling to customer sites across Winnipeg and surroundings, completing service calls, and participating in ongoing manufacturer and technical training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in appliance repair, field service, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, automotive diagnostics, equipment repair, or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working with electrical and mechanical components.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and working independently in the field. Previous field service experience is a strong asset.

You do not need to come directly from commercial appliance repair. If your background includes commercial equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, automotive diagnostics, industrial maintenance, or mechanical equipment repair, we’d like to hear from you.
