We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercialization Coordinator to join our Innovation team. This role is essential for ensuring successful product launches and updates by managing master data, coordinating packaging and label workflows, and supporting cross-functional commercialization processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Master Data Management
- Create and maintain master data for SKUs, including BOMs, GTINs, dimensions, and case pack formats in ERP, Excel, and ClickUp.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems to support operations and Health Canada reporting.
- Collaborate with the Master Data Team to validate and update data for product launches or changes.
- Product Specifications & Documentation
- Compile and distribute product spec sheets and handover packages to relevant teams.
- Maintain commercialization trackers and ensure documentation is compliant and audit-ready.
- Packaging Material & Label Coordination
- Coordinate packaging changes and artwork updates with stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage packaging specs and artwork approvals to meet launch timelines.
- Draft and route label files for approval, ensuring proper documentation storage.
- Packaging Validation & Trials
- Support packaging validation trials by coordinating samples and tracking results.
- Maintain inventory of trial samples and document outcomes, flagging issues as needed.
- Commercialization Execution
- Track progress through Rubicon’s stage-gate process, focusing on Gate 3 readiness.
- Assist with SKU setup, packaging rollouts, and data consolidation for commercialization initiatives.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements, such as workflow optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Communication
- Provide regular updates on data and packaging status to stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and dependencies, proactively addressing risks.
- Coordinate across supply chain, operations, procurement, IT, and marketing to ensure launch readiness.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, operations, or relevant experience.
- Experience with master data in a CPG or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), ClickUp, and SQL report viewing.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of packaging materials or label components.
- Experience in regulated environments like cannabis, food, or pharma.
- Familiarity with Health Canada labeling and packaging rules.
