Aviva is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Program Underwriter to join their Business Programs team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will possess commercial Property and Casualty experience.
Your role as a Junior/Intermediate Program Underwriter is to review program coverage terms and conditions, establish premiums, and prepare referrals that recommend appropriate actions. You will also participate in negotiations with brokers on coverage terms and conditions, pricing, and other midterm requests. Strengthening broker partnerships and promoting the value of Aviva is a key responsibility, as is staying up to date with market trends and operational excellence.

Knowledge of the RTM system is an asset.
What You’ll Get
The salary band for this position ranges from $39,600 to $86,300. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
