Hatch Ltd. in Mississauga is seeking a Commercial Student for a four-month term starting in January 2027 within the Project Delivery Group.

You will support global projects from the Mississauga location, assisting in commercial and business risk tasks while gaining practical experience in engineering consulting. Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in either Business, Technical or Sciences program.
• Excel academically while being actively involved in extra-curricular and/or volunteer activities at school or in the community.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have an aptitude for working on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of commercial terms would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist team by updating the Business Management internal SharePoint.
• Coordinating tasks related to the Business Management tool, based on the requirement list.
• Assist the Business Management team in project specific tasks, on an as needed basis, for commercial, contractual and/or business risk related topics.
• Manage the routine Business Management tasks and reports, e.g. indirect rationale report, new engagement report, monthly team meeting coordination.
• Participate in updating and/or developing standard Business Management processes, procedures and templates.
• Lead various Business Management improvement initiatives, as needed, following the PDCA cycle.

Compensation:

Range: $24.00 - $27.00
