What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Financial Management Subject Matter Expert for account management teams
- Collaborate with Account Manager and Customer Success Engineer to drive product adoption and achieve ARR targets
- Provide updates to customers on product capabilities and their benefits
- Analyze Financial Management performance and assist sales leadership in forecasting
- Stay informed about competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of successful software sales experience, preferably in B2B
- Demonstrated ability to use a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- Proven record of success in inside and/or outside sales environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling construction products and/or financial or fintech products
- Strong ability to develop trusted relationships with clients
- Knowledge of technical products and sales methodologies
