A Day in the Life of a Site Supervisor at First Onsite
Your day starts early-with a strong coffee and a quick scan of the project schedule. Before most people have settled into their desks, you're already on-site, walking through the job with your crew, reviewing the plan, and ensuring everyone is clear on the scope and safety expectations. You're the calm in the chaos, the one who sees the big picture while catching every small detail.
You're reviewing demo progress on one site, fine-tuning a material list for repairs on another, and fielding a call from a Project Manager who needs eyes on a new work order. You've got your finger on the pulse-scheduling in-house crews, keeping everyone accountable, and making sure quality never slips. Whether it's approving timesheets, coordinating with subs, or quickly adjusting the plan when something unexpected comes up, you handle it all with purpose and professionalism.
Throughout the day, you're keeping clients, crews, and managers in the loop, making sure work moves forward safely, efficiently, and to First Onsite's high standards. You're not just supervising-you're building trust, leading by example, and helping your team take pride in every step of the recovery process.
At the end of the day, you don't just look back at what got done-you look ahead to what's coming next. Because for you, every project is personal. Every site is a chance to rebuild something meaningful.
