Job description

We’re seeking a dynamic, communicative, and analytical Commercial Sales Specialist to join our executive team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate investment, sales, or development who’s looking to gain hands-on experience directly under the mentorship of our CEO.

The position is primarily virtual but may require occasional travel for events, investor tours, or site visits. You will be the voice and face of our investment team — engaging directly with buyers and investor partners, hosting webinars, preparing presentations, and supporting the senior leadership team with day-to-day sales efforts.

Compensation :

60,000–$80,000 yearly plus performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate directly with investor clients and buyers through calls, Zoom meetings, and webinars.
  • Host and present live investor webinars, info sessions, and Q&A sessions.
  • Support preparation of investment presentations, pro formas, pitch decks, and underwriting summaries.
  • Assist in qualifying leads, nurturing investor relationships, and closing deals.
  • Maintain investor databases, follow-ups, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align investor outreach with company goals.
  • Attend site visits, trade shows, or client meetings occasionally when needed.

Qualifications : Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate investment, development, brokerage, or sales role.
  • Basic understanding of pro forma analysis , underwriting principles, and real estate investment metrics.
  • Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate.
  • Familiarity with the CMHC MLI Selec t financing process.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking on webinars and video calls.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in interacting with investors and professionals.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, or PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have (Assets)

  • Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighlevel, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
  • Background in real estate, private equity, or capital raising.
