What You’ll Do:

  • Start Strong: Support a Senior Sales Rep and learn the ropes, from quoting and client meetings to project logistics.
  • Grow Fast: Handle walk-in clients and showroom inquiries ASAP — building real sales skills in a live environment.
  • Own It: As you gain confidence, you’ll take on your own accounts and manage full client relationships under the mentorship of our senior team.
  • Be a Consultant: Identify needs, recommend smart solutions, and collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver amazing results.
  • Stay Sharp: Learn about products, trends, and workplace design strategies that shape the modern office.

  • A Relationship Builder – Clients trust you because you listen, understand, and follow through.
  • Design Junky – You love design, colors, furniture and all the other pretty things
  • Hungry to Learn – You’re eager to grow your career in sales, design, or client solutions.
  • Sales Experienced – You already have some consultative sales experience, preferably in commercial office furniture space and are ready to build on it
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.
  • Driven– Targets are fuel, not pressure.
  • People-Focused – You're equally comfortable with a walk-in customer or a boardroom decision-maker.
  • Tech-Comfortable – CRMs, quoting tools, and Office Suite don’t scare you.
