Overview

On client, a long established Overhead door company located in Surrey has a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Sales Person for their lower mainland sales team. You will have experience selling in the construction industry for a number of years. Having contacts at developers, property management companies and construction companies is a strong asset.

You are a professional, who lets his/ her sales numbers speak for themself. You lead by example. You work well with little supervision.

This is a fulltime position with a great opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a role with more responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Sell overhead door solutions to developers, property management companies, and construction companies in the lower mainland.
  • Lead by example and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling in the construction industry for multiple years.
  • Strong network of contacts with developers, property management companies, and construction firms (asset).
  • Professional presentation and self-motivated with sales numbers speaking for themselves.
Compensation & Benefits

The company offers a base salary of $42,000 per year for the first 6 months plus a very good commission structure. After 6 months, if performance goals are met there will be a raise, benefits, and potential for increased responsibility. They also provide a cell phone and gas card.
