Job summary

Triumph Roofing and Sheet Metal is seeking a Roof Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial roofing projects from award through closeout. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires strong communication with clients, site teams, suppliers, and internal departments. You will oversee procurement, track changes, and guide project teams to meet timelines and customer expectations while maintaining Triumph’s high

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with planning, budgeting, and coordinating roofing projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with site safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial roofing projects from award to closeout.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and work plans with estimating and field teams.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals with consultants and GC teams.
• Manage procurement to ensure timely orders and cost control; track changes and claims.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and resolutions to clients.
