What You’ll Do

Your role will be dynamic and evolve based on your background and potential. You’ll start by learning the commercial real estate business from the inside out, working alongside Sébastien and senior producers on live files, listings, research, and advisory engagements.

Typical activities may include :

• Supporting marketing, research, and client outreach
• Preparing property listings, lease / sale proposals, and investment packages
• Engaging in business development and relationship-building activities
• Participating in deal structuring, negotiations, and market strategy

Who You Are

• Professional, punctual, and well-composed under pressure
• Entrepreneurial — thrives with responsibility, not afraid of hard work and taking risks

Preferred Background (but not mandatory) :

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
• Experience in B2B sales, business consulting, legal or financial services, or project management
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with commercial real estate, investment, or leasing is a bonus — but not required
