• • Salary: A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 with extended healthcare, dental etc

What You’ll Do:

• Manage financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Process AP/AR transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to provide financial insights.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Yardi) and support audit processes as needed

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Experience with accounting software is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
