A leading nonprofit in solar energy is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee various solar projects from contract to closeout. You will work closely with the Senior Commercial Project Manager, contributing to the development and management of rooftop and ground mount solar installations. The ideal candidate will serve as an internal resource for project management inquiries and drive the growth of the organization’s commercial services in Canada.

The Commercial Project Manager will work directly with the Sr Commercial Project Manager to support the GRID Commercial Projects Portfolio and the growth of GRID Alternatives’ nonprofit services. The Commercial Project Manager will play a key role in the development, implementation and management of commercial rooftop, carport and ground mount solar and solar + storage +EV projects ranging from 50kW - 2 mW. They will be responsible for the Commercial Projects from Post-Contract to Closeout. There will be other project touch points in development stages, as well. They will generally be the internal go-to resource for guidance and questions regarding commercial-scale project management and operations.
