  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure partner promotional expectations are met.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and updates from partners.
  • Review and approve partner marketing materials in consultation with the Commercial Partnerships Director.
  • Help develop and execute an annual strategy to target new commercial partnerships.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable with travel and flexible to meet the demands of the role.
  • Proficient in coordinating events, meetings, and communications.
  • Familiarity with unions, membership organizations, or non-profits is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is strongly preferred.
  • Resourceful & experienced in lead generation, cold calling and pitching prospects.
  • Experience in using affiliate networks such as Rakuten and Impact is an asset.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work from the Toronto office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in partnership development, account management, or a related field preferred.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a meaningful, member-driven organization.
  • Work with a passionate team committed to making life more affordable for union families.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Opportunities for travel, collaboration, and professional growth.
