Job summary

TD Insurance is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the development and maintenance of commercial property and casualty contract wordings, endorsements, and customer documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate policy wordings, training material, and effective customer communications across English and French versions where applicable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' General Insurance experience.
• Commercial Insurance Underwriting, Wordings and Contract knowledge and experience
• Strong judgment and relationship building skills with a strong ability to make things happen with impact and influence
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, team player with high energy and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of all commercial P&C insurance contract wordings, endorsements, forms, Coverage Summary Page and customer documentation
• Support the development, implementation and understanding of training material related to contracts wordings
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support the development of new Commercial P&C product and services wordings and customer documentation
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, customer needs, market changes and industry standards
