We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Commercial Producer to join our scientific industry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and managing a wide range of commercial projects, from initial concept to final delivery. This role involves a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and a passion for the scientific industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce innovative commercial projects that effectively communicate the unique benefits of our scientific products and services.

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.

Lead the creative process, from concept development to scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and post-production.

Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously improving our commercial production processes and capabilities.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range, competitive landscape, and target markets.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial production, ideally within the scientific industry.

Proven experience in insurance, with a strong understanding of the associated risks and opportunities.

Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver compelling commercial projects.

Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

A deep understanding of the scientific industry, including its unique challenges and opportunities.

A strong commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in relevant software applications, including video editing and project management tools.
