• Excellent writing skills in English and French.
• Proactive, creative and quick learner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and modify a variety of commercial agreements (NDAs, COIs, LOIs, Terms Sheets, Supply agreements, sub-contractor agreements, licenses).
