What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Inspire, coach, and support a team of commercial insurance professionals

Shape and execute strategies that drive performance, retention, and client success

Provide day-to-day guidance, development, and mentorship to your leadership team

Align internal efforts with organizational goals through effective planning and communication

Build and strengthen relationships with market partners and key stakeholders

Lead hiring, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives within your team

Implement tools and processes to enhance the client journey and overall service delivery

Monitor and improve operational and financial performance through KPIs and reporting

Foster a team culture that encourages accountability, growth, and collaboration

What You Bring to the Table:

3-5 years of experience leading commercial insurance operations

A proven track record of building strong, engaged teams

Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and performance coaching skills

An understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver thoughtful solutions

Confidence working with insurer partners and navigating market conversations

Commercial sales experience is a strong asset

  • Alberta General level 2 licence or willing to obtain

Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
