Job summary

Fluor Corp in Toronto is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our global Construction & Infrastructure client on a permanent basis. The role focuses on contract variation management, cost forecasting, and liaising with PMs, contractors, and leadership to assess impacts.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 8–10 years of construction PM experience and 3–5 years in contract/change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years construction PM experience, large infrastructure (rail/transit preferred).
• 3-5 years commercial experience specifically in contract/change management.
• Strong contract-reading ability and contract law familiarity.
• Exposure to estimating and schedule analysis.
