Job description

Our client is a well-established and respected law firm, and they are currently seeking a highly motivated litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience working with commercial litigation matters to join their growing group.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience with an emphasis on commercial and insolvency litigation and business-related disputes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You will require a Law degree from an accredited Canadian Law school with excellent academic credentials and must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Must be able to balance competing demands as well as being self-motivated, innovative, and flexible. Court and/or trial experience would be considered a strong asset.
