BIG is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR to join our growing team at our BIG Office in Acton. This role requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organization and analytical skills. You will need to be comfortable in both a customer-facing role, as well as an internal role coaching, mentoring, and supporting our BIG Brokers in Commercial Lines.

What does the Commercial Lines Insurance Broker do?
  1. Support the Commercial sales and customer service team while providing a superior level of service.
  2. Review policies and recommended coverages based on individual consumer need.
  3. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support throughout the brokerage.
  4. Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners.
  5. Follow-up, co-ordinate and follow up on client documents.
  6. Provide New Business quotes obtained through BIG Leads and Direct Telephone requests.
  7. Review coverage and risk with new clients prior to sending New Business Submissions to markets for pricing.
  8. Become proficient with online quoting portals with all carriers.
