We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in fostering client relationships, driving new business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the commercial insurance space. What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth by managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on accounts exceeding $10,000 in premium.
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Implement proactive strategies to maintain client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention.
  • Develop detailed and compelling presentations for insurers and prospects to secure competitive insurance programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and respond efficiently to internal leads.
  • Address client concerns with innovative solutions, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.

What You'll Need for Success

  • RIBO License or ability to obtain it quickly
  • Proven sales ability: a demonstrated ability to close deals, exceed sales targets, and foster trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Market knowledge: deep understanding of commercial insurance products, industry trends, and competitor dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills: ability to simplify complex insurance products and policies for clients in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Resilience and motivation: high energy, self-driven, and motivated to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset: proactive approach to identifying client challenges and presenting effective solutions.
