Northbridge Financial is seeking a passionate Commercial Insurance Specialist Trainee dedicated to customer service and relationship building. This role offers full sales training, industry support, and a chance to grow your career in commercial insurance. Federated Insurances Commercial Insurance Specialists work hard to build and maintain relationships with commercial businesses across the province to provide a variety of insurance products.

You have:
Post-Secondary education (College or University)
1-2 years of front-line sales experience
Exceptional communication skills
A valid driving license

Salary range for Vancouver is 50-55k plus commission.
Actual pay may be below or above range based on candidates' knowledge, skills, and level of ability relative to expectations for the role applied to. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
