Commercial Insurance Broker - Films and Entertainment

We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our Films and Entertainment team in our Montreal office. As a Client Service Representative, you will work with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers. If you are career-minded and looking for a dynamic work environment with a growth mindset, you will enjoy working among our team!

Responsibilities
  • Collect and review underwriting information from clients.
  • Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
  • Translate and review documentation.
  • Prepare invoicing instructions.
  • Respond to clients on certificate of insurance requests.
  • Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
  • Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
Qualifications
  • University degree (preferably in business or finance).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in insurance brokerage.
  • Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word).
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
