Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you will manage and maintain an existing commercial lines renewal book. Your daily focus will be building lasting relationships with clients, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

  1. Providing quotes and selling new policies via phone, in-person, and email
  2. Managing customer relationships and meeting insurance sales targets
  3. Following up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  4. Conducting sales calls for new business and renewal calls for existing clients

Your Qualifications

  • General Level 1 Insurance License
  • Experience managing commercial business policies
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Experience achieving sales targets in similar roles
  • Experience with EPIC software is an asset

Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week

Location: Smithers, BC

Compensation Range: $51,000 - $70,000
