Location & Environment

Our Head Office is located in Barrie, Ontario, and candidates should expect to work in-office regularly — particularly during the onboarding and training period. Being involved in our day-to-day operations will help you learn the insurance industry more effectively, gain hands-on experience, and integrate fully with the team supporting your success.

What This Role Looks Like
  • Build and grow a portfolio of business clients in industries you know
  • Leverage your B2B insight and credibility to create new opportunities
  • Learn commercial insurance fundamentals through structured onboarding
  • Partner with internal marketers and underwriters to quote and place accounts
  • Act as a long-term advisor to your clients as their needs evolve

Licensing Requirement

The successful candidate must obtain their RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license. You will be responsible for obtaining the license before actively selling.
