Peoples Group is hiring for a role based in Canada with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary. The position focuses on managing closing processes for complex multi-family mortgage transactions, ensuring accurate funding and strict adherence to internal controls.
You will coordinate with solicitors, insurance consultants, and other third-party providers to resolve discrepancies and maintain audit readiness.
We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary offices. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.
Manage closing processes for complex multi-family mortgage transactions, including fundings, renewals, assumptions, takeout conversions, and construction advances. Ensure data integrity, funding accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Service as a key liaison to solicitors, insurance consultants, and other third-party service providers, resolving discrepancies and facilitating seamless transactions. Contribute to continuous process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.
Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $55,000 and $65,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possesses.
