  • Lead and support the development, monitoring, and analysis of the corporate budget, including financial forecasting, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and cost optimization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial objectives.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and profitability assessments while monitoring financial and commercial KPIs, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that strengthen business performance.
2. Strategic Business Insights & Decision Support
  • Partner with senior leadership to align financial insights, commercial strategies, and business planning with organizational objectives and long-term growth.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Excellence to standardize processes, implement best practices, and strengthen commercial effectiveness.
  • Leverage automation, technology, and analytical tools to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, financial visibility, and continuous improvement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and other functional leaders to align commercial priorities, influence decisions, and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics teams to strengthen data integrity, reporting capabilities, and the translation of financial insights into operational improvements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional business reviews, communicate recommendations effectively, resolve challenges collaboratively, and drive stakeholder accountability for agreed actions.
