Job description

The Position: 1 OPENING!

• Description: Commercial Facilities Technician.
• Location: Greater Sudbury - 1 location.
• Shift: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) + alternating weekends with a partner - 18+ hours/week.
• Compensation: $17.55/hour.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR LICENSE AND VEHICLE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing all cleaning to standards set out in the Reference List and Staff Binders.
• Preparing all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment daily for proper use.
• Double-checking all cleaning is up to standards at assigned locations.
• Understanding and following daily schedules.
• Ensuring awareness of the cleaning needs of each location by following provided spec sheets.
• Engaging in positive client communications when possible.

Notes:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• All candidates must have their vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
• All employees are required to pass a police background check.
