Revenue Cloud Product Alignment
As a Revenue Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to enhance our sales processes and revenue management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. You will be responsible for optimizing revenue processes, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and billing.
Service Cloud Product Alignment
As a Service Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to optimize our customer service processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of the platform. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, optimizing service processes, including case management, knowledge base, and customer portals.
Vertical Alignment
This role will either be specifically selling into accounts within the Financial Services Industries, which include Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management, OR this role will be specifically selling into accounts within the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry, which includes Payers, Providers, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, and BioTech.

Day to Day
You will be in charge of developing and growing Commercial OR Enterprise customers. Account Executives plan and engage with prospects, customers, and new leads to sell the entire Tableau platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and C-suite decision makers within their patch, and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments, particularly on analytics.
