Job Title: Commercial Customer Support Representative

Job Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner (24h) relating to spares pricing, availability, order status, and credit requests.
  • Have progressive level of customer management experience to actively support a predefined customer allocation.
  • Have established analytical skill sets to analyze CSC master data in support of CSC tools and operations.
  • Actively manage customer purchase orders from order intake to shipment.
  • Liaise with different back offices (Logistics, Commercial, Credit Control, Warehouses) to ensure customer requests are processed/answered, and orders are dispatched.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify blockers with systems and/or tools.
  • Perform manual purchase order management for customers when booking of orders cannot be supported automatically; allocate Wheels & Brakes (WB) parts in collaboration with WB Commercial Mgr's in line with contract and process billing of the Services team (e.g., On-wing Repairs, Training, Technical Publications, SBH, lease).
  • Coordinate with direct CSC management and teams to ensure daily priorities are managed and opportunities for process improvements are identified.
  • Oversee daily Aircraft on Ground (AOG) activity and support urgent customer requests respecting AOG rules (RFQ, Order Entry, Deliveries).
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Front Office Customer Services/Account experience, preferably in an aerospace environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  • Bilingual – Portuguese/English, Spanish/English, or French/English preferred.
  • Rotating Shift Schedule: Weekdays 9 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 7 pm.
  • Support the CSC team AOG rotating schedule on weekends – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Hybrid work model: partly in workplace and partly remote.
