Be part of Watercare's fantastic commercial customer team!

Covering an internal secondment, this fixed term role provides support by managing administrative, billing and reporting requirements.

You would be analysing data and producing reports to create informed insights. You will be assisting in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of water and wastewater billing data and contributing towards account management activities.

To be successful in this role you are a true professional who enjoys providing a high level of customer service. You have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Your background will include:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a customer focused role.
  • Experience in account administration and billing systems.
  • Experience with Excel, with the ability to manipulate, report and present data effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in account management is preferred although not essential, as is experience in the NZ water industry.
