credit approval specialist in the Creative Industries sector. You will maximize
the quality of a commercial loan portfolio in keeping with the Bank's strategic
orientations across the country while implementing quality control strategies
for the loan portfolio to ensure integrity and maximise profitability and
business development.
- Analyze, authorise or recommend
financing applications based on credit policies and the Bank's risk appetite - Work as a team to meet short
response times for the business line - Ensure the quality of the existing
portfolio - Participate independently in
various committees and special mandates - Ensure
good collaboration, coaching and ongoing communication with the business line
and other stakeholders.
You will
stand out through your diligence, professional judgement, understanding of the
business realities of the various partners, handling files, leadership and
ability to propose solutions.
- University degree in a related
field and six years of relevant experience or master’s degree in a related
field and four years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in risk analysis
- Strong negotiation skills and
influence - Analytical skills, synthesis,
teamwork and rigour - Excellent knowledge of financial
products and services for businesses - Have demonstrated leadership in any
new implementation of initiatives and/or special mandates. - Ability to make complex decisions
within very short timeframes
