Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, including pre-construction, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, tendering, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support project planning, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, including pre-construction, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
