What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Study for and successfully pass the RIBO license exam to ensure compliance and competency
- Handle insurance leads provided by the employer and convert them into customers
- Assess client needs and make tailored insurance coverage recommendations
- Provide ongoing support from quote to binding to ensure a seamless client experience
- Recommend operational improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of customer service experience in any industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, sales)
- Strong passion for sales and customer support
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
