Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Associate Banker to support bankers in balancing business development and client coverage in the Metro Vancouver area. You will learn relationship and deal strategy while gaining insight into credit, treasury services, international banking, and other Chase solutions.

Qualifications

• Three+ years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

Our Associates are required to proactively keep bankers on track and help them balance business development and client coverage.The Associate Banker will thoroughly understand back-office support and operations, build leadership and sales acumen and learn relationship and deal strategy. The Associate Banker will develop a deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions.
