What will you do?

  • Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day-to-day banking operations.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, plan, and deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client operational requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing contact programs to forge strong relationships with clients by staying in touch, providing value-added service, and offering meaningful advice.

What do you need to succeed? Must-have

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and sales success.
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology (e.g., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications).

Nice-to-have

  • Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred, e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce, or equivalent on-the-job learning.
