This role involves executing testing activities to provide insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement suggestions. You will monitor and perform operational activities of varying complexity within your assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with service levels and standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing advice on control effectiveness, program compliance, and issue descriptions.
2. Supporting strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Analyzing data to generate insights and recommendations.
4. Supporting change management activities, focusing on execution and sustainment.
5. Performing complex reviews of business artifacts.
6. Executing complex testing and fieldwork requiring subject matter expertise.
7. Supporting testing programs to monitor controls within business groups and across the Bank.
8. Understanding business strategies and end-to-end processes.
9. Developing knowledge related to specific programs or areas.
10. Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective work execution.
11. Participating in planning and implementing operational testing programs.
12. Ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
13. Maintaining high-quality practices and achieving business results aligned with strategies and productivity goals.
14. Analyzing root causes of errors and communicating issues effectively.
15. Creating and maintaining testing documentation such as workpapers and reports.
16. Supporting continuous improvement processes.
17. Focusing primarily on the business/group within BMO, with potential broader scope.
18. Using judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within established rules.

Qualifications:

• Experience in audit, testing, credit analysis, and financial statements.
• Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Technical proficiency through education and/or business experience.

Salary Range:

$54,500.00 - $101,500.00
