Job Title: Commercial Analyst - Supply Team

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Location: Montreal - Hybrid (1-2 days at the office per week)

Position overview

We’re hiring a Commercial Analyst to support Stay22’s fast-growing Supply function. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply and working closely with the CEO, this role will help shape our most important supplier decisions—evaluating new partnership opportunities, supporting quarterly reviews with top-tier partners, and helping quantify the impact of our supplier relationships. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment and brings structure to chaos.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze new and existing supply partnerships and support go/no-go decisions
• Build commercial models and partner performance tracking tools
• Support QBR prep and delivery with clear data storytelling
• Develop dashboards to monitor key supply KPIs (GMV, conversion, coverage)
• Identify cost anomalies and performance opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and RevOps
• Build repeatable templates and insights infrastructure
  
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years in commercial/financial/partnership analysis roles
• Strong modeling and Excel/Sheets skills; BI tools like Looker/Tableau a plus
• Bonus: experience in Affiliate Marketing, Ad Tech, or E-commerce
• Organized and methodical even in messy environments
• SQL skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communicator with clear business intuition and executive polish
