The Commercial Accountant will rotate across Business Units to build business, operational finance, and commercial skills through practical experience within the organization.

This role aims to develop a long-term Commercial Leadership pipeline by nurturing diverse and skilled talent.

Minimum Education Requirements :

Completed SAICA articles at an Audit firm and passed the ITC exams, with good academic results.

Duties & Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will gain experience in:

• Analyzing various aspects of business performance, including revenue, costs, and operational expenses, to provide actionable insights,
• Business planning and forecasting,
• Management reporting and presenting commercial insights for decision-making,
• Cost and management accounting, including complex costing models for profitability analysis,
• Supply chain and process exposure to support initiatives and projects,
• Data analysis from multiple systems (ERP, Profitability, BI) to generate reports and insights,
• Collaborating effectively within a matrix environment to influence and partner across functions.
