Description

Position Overview:

This is a temporary position (with the possibility of extension) where you’ll play a key role in transportation account management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide prompt and professional service to clients through walk-ins, emails, and phone calls.
  2. Maintain and update client information in our system and spreadsheets.
  3. Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for new clients, and issue certificates and binders.
  4. Communicate with insurance companies and underwriters regarding policy changes, renewals, and new business.
  5. Follow up with adjusters on claims status and ensure insurance summaries reflect current changes.
  6. Share workload with team members as needed to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
  7. Manage transportation accounts and finance contracts.
  8. Participate in teamwork and group projects, ensuring timely submissions.
  9. Attend mandatory meetings and maintain accurate records of them.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. Ideally level 2 insurance license, but General Level 1 insurance license required.
  2. Experience with EPIC software.
  3. Previous experience in a similar role.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
  5. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills and a high degree of accuracy.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Professionalism, integrity, and a respectful attitude toward clients and colleagues.
